Indeed, I was at one of the tall buildings, the famous Umeda Sky Building. I had my tripod with me but it was still very windy that I had to hold the tripod myself, pushing it to the ground to make it firm.
Congee, kinda but not that. It is more like soup rice, if you know what I mean. 
But it is Japanese rice and so you can still chew
